    Shipping

    Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

    All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive between 10-15 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.

    We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

    Order

    No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

    • Quick checkout process
    • Easily view your order status and order history
    • Receive updates detailing our new arrivals and special promotions

    You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.

    The system will automatically send an email to your email address when:

    1. the order is successfully submitted;
    2. the item is shipped;
    3. the customer confirms receipt of the item;
    4. and when the order is refunded. If you do not receive the relevant email, please check if your email address is filled in correctly, check the spam filter, or contact us.

    If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via email:migimi@shanghai-sotech.com. We will process it ASAP after we receive your message. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

    Product

    For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at migimi@shanghai-sotech.com. Please quote your transaction reference number (Order #) and provide us with proof (image file size should be below 1MB). We will be more than happy to reship you the correct item with no extra cost and we will not ask for the item that was wrongly sent to you back! You may keep it as a gift from us.

    We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

    Payment

    The currency shown on the page is US dollars. If the currency used in your area is not  USD, please don’t worry. When you settle the payment, your credit card company will convert the US price to your country’s currency at the current currency rate.

    We accept four types of major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal.

    All of our transactions are based on US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

    Return

    We offer a 30-days risk-free return policy on our website. Please notice that returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt. If the returned item is not in the acceptable condition it will be refused acceptance.

    If the reason for the return is that you do not like/do not want it, the return postage will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return the package directly, and contact us for the return address.

    We do our best to ensure all orders are perfect. We apologize if part of your order is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item! In these cases, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us immediately at migimi@shanghai-sotech.com . We will deal with it immediately without a doubt.

    Safe & Private

    When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

    To ensure a safe payment procedure, our website uses a credit card processor for a reliable and secure internet payment gateway.

    Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share rent, or sell your personal information without your consent, except as required by law.
